Tropical Storm Edouard
Tropical Storm Edouard has just hit the coast of Texas, in the Galveston and Houston, Texas area. According to the National Hurricane Center, Tropical Storm Edouard is headed in a northwesterly direction over the Austin, Texas area and then towards West Texas.

The Cattle Network said today that “Tropical Storm Edouard made landfall around 7 a.m. CDT on the upper Texas coast just south of Port Arthur. Maximum sustained winds at that time were near 65 m.p.h. Heavy rain and gusty winds…”
